We'll Keep Following Road of Socialism

Washington bigwigs are making much ado, now. Some say the U.S. would keep enforcing pressure on Korea as long as it refuses to take another way, others say they will be glad to cooperate with the DPRK if only it changes its road and still others dream of a fantastic dream of something like the "collapse in Iraq" and "victory in Libya", running into a risk of war against North Korea.

What is the evil design behind all these clamors? It is to create illusion about the West, break our will of independence, reduce our national defense capacity to naught and thus make us lower the flag of socialism.

But, they'd better remember it will be a dream that will never come true, today and tomorrow.

It is the firm faith and will of our Party, the army and the people to keep marching forward to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered in Mt. Paektu, under the uplifted banner of great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism. We will go this way tenaciously, without a letup, without a hitch.

Independence is the life and soul of our dignified nation.

The catastrophic aftermath of "globalization" of the imperialists attests to the validity of our Party's line of independence.

The "globalization" is, in essence, a reactionary theory of the neo-colonialists to squeeze the sweat and blood of the toiling masses, pillage other nations and bring them under their control. It is also a theory to trample down Juche characters and national characters of other nations.

The Korean revolution was started by the armed forces and has convered all its way, winning one victory after another.

Our Party's philosophy based on the army has been fully proved through the fierce nuclear confrontation between the DPRK and the U.S., which began from the 1990s.

Due to the validity, scientific nature and vitality of the WPK's idea on giving importance to army, the world progressives aspiring after independence and peace are following the Songun politics.

Socialism is the cradle of Kim Il Sung's nation-Kim Jong Il's Korea, that formed our people's rock-firm unity.

A nation will gain victory when it defends socialism and it will be ruined when it abandons socialism.

No matter how many years roll out and whatever difficulties may stand in our way, we, the descendents of Kim Il Sung and the soldiers and disciples of Kim Jong Il, will always advance along the road of independence, Songun and socialism, to which our great men had been holding on in their lifetime.
