Officials and working people in the agricultural sector push ahead with rice-seed sowing in different parts of the country.

Officials of the Agricultural Commission and agriculture-guidance organs at all levels set the rice-transplanting period properly according to weather conditions of relevant regions and conduct farming operation and commanding in a detailed way.

Officials and agricultural working people in North Phyongan Province mobilized all possible forces and means and mainly concluded rice-seed sowing.

Sinuiju City, Kwaksan and Ryongchon counties have taken the lead in the above-said work.

Farms in South Hwanghae Province push forward with rice-seed sowing, paying special attention to the taking care of seedbeds to suit to the conditions of growth of rice seedlings.
