While watching the videos showing the sci-tech research successes the institute has achieved in the meantime, he asked officials how the institute has accepted the sci-tech data.
In fact, this issue had been brought up lastingly since the establishment of the institute.
But the officials of the institute only let researchers go to the Grand People’s Study House to search data, as they could not find a correct solution.
Gaining an insight into the actual situation from the irresolute figures of the officials, the respected General Secretary said that main is dissemination of new technology in the sci-tech research and the scientific research institutions should conduct the dissemination of new technology well. And he instructed the accompanying officials to establish the dissemination system of the sci-tech data in the institute.
Hearing his instructions, the officials were very glad because the respected General Secretary solved the knotty problems of the researchers.
That day the respected General Secretary said that the general stock farm should do well the work of introducing the advanced technology, setting high target to be attained in the research work in the future.
Looking up to the General Secretary, the officials of the institute hardened their will to positively contribute to the country’s livestock breeding by dint of science and technology.
Work Everybody Should Do
One May day, ２０１５, the respected General Secretary gave field guidance at the Sinpho Pelagic Fishery Complex, a large scale seafood production base.
That day, stressing the need for the complex to hold high a banner in the civilian fishery field in the efforts to make a new history of unprecedentedly big fish haul, he clarified the important task facing the complex and dropped in at the sci-tech dissemination room.
Looking round the room for a while, he said that the complex should not content itself with arranging the sci-tech base and should collect much valuable sci-tech data suited to the world trend to let the people use it.
Noting that the development of the country depends on the development of science and technology and the sci-tech research should be done by everybody including scientists and technicians, he stressed that everybody should enroll in the study-while-working system and learn hard and every unit should build the sci-tech dissemination bases well and operate it on a normal basis.
The moment, the officials were filled with remorse.
Because they have not been interested in the work to make everybody possess the modern science and technology as a motive force to positively promote the production activities of the complex, regarding sci-tech research as a specific affair that should be done only by scientists and technicians.
The General Secretary’s instruction given that day was a precious request that the officials of the complex should prepare all the employees to be possessors of modern science and technology so that they could achieve rapid successes in the worthwhile struggle for creating a new history of "gold sea".
