Brother-Managers Blessed with Warm Love
In our country, there are lots of families of patriots who make genuine contributions to building a prosperous country by their sincere efforts.
Among them are brother-managers in the fishing sector of the Korean People’s Army(KPA) blessed with warm love of the respected General Secretary
On November １６, ２０１６, the respected General Secretary inspected the May ２７ Fishery Station built as a model and standard in the East Sea area.
After sharing greetings with the officials, he looked round the fishery station and asked the manager about the plan for catching sandfish and the current fishing achievement.
Getting the manager’s answers, he praised that, nowadays, he had been reported about the achievements of the fishery station in the evenings, to his great pleasure, and that was why he was looking forward to the evening hours.
He said in delight that their fishing achievements relieved him of all the day’s fatigue.
The manager expressed his will to remain successful in fishing and give him more and more pleasure.
With a broad smile on his face, the respected General Secretary encouraged him that they should always take the lead in fishing as they did in the ongoing intensive sandfish catching.
Feasting his eyes on the fishes streaming down at the outdoor landing ground, he said that as lots of sandfishes were caught in the East Sea, the KPA units in the West Sea area could also provide the soldiers with many sandfishes.
He continued that he could also see the sandfishes at the defence detachment of a KPA unit on Jangjae Islet during his recent inspection there and that he supposed the fishery station directly under the unit was also making big achievements in catching sandfish.
The accompanying officials informed him that the fishery station he mentioned proved successful in fishing that year.
At that moment, the senior Party official of the fishery station proudly told the respected General Secretary that the manager of the fishery station being talked about was none other than the younger brother of the manager of the fishery station.
The respected General Secretary said with affection that it was good of them to compete with each other in fishing though they were brothers.
The manager felt a lump in his throat.
Presently, the respected General Secretary said that there could be a gap in their ages but not in implementing the Party policies and requested him to go before his younger brother by means of greater achievements.
From that day on, the respected General Secretary bestowed great love and benevolence again and again on the brother-managers who were reliably defending the fishery sector directly related to the living of people and soldiers.
The story gives the officials in the fishing sector and fishermen boundless strength and courage.
