Be a Passionate Man and Diligent Learner
Studying is the work to get the precious mental pabulum for strengthening our Party and engaging in the revolution.

Then, the respected General Secretary, saying that a Party official should be a man of wide knowledge and an authority in his work, instructed that a Party official should be a passionate man and a diligent student, and study hard the modern science and technology to have a wide knowledge.
