Construction of Hoeyang Army-People Power Station Progresses Apace

Officials and builders of Kangwon Province are speeding up the construction of the Hoeyang Army-People Power Station at the final stage.

With the will to translate the patriotic desire of Chairman Kim Jong Il for building a powerful country into reality without fail and implement the decisions of the Party congress without an inch of deflection, the builders successfully carried out the projects of waterway tunnel and damming and now are pushing ahead with various projects including spillway and installation of pressure iron pipe conduit.

The officials and builders of the province have already completed the waterway tunneling, expansion, clothing and damming of more than one million cubic meters in the section of several kilometers by fully displaying the fighting mettle of the creators of the spirit of Kangwon Province.
