Paying Deep Attention to Dissemination of Sports Science and Technology

One day in June, 2013, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected Pyongyang International Football School.

When he dropped in at the bedrooms, he gave instructions as to arranging the rooms in keeping with the psychological features of the students.

Then he asked one of the officials how they were going to show the students new materials when a communication network was established.

The official replied that they were going to install TVs at bedrooms, classrooms, resting grounds and the like so that they could watch the new data anywhere.

However, the respected General Secretary pointed out that it would not be appropriate to show the students data on football on TV in bedrooms.

He continued that the sports sci-tech dissemination center like an e-library had to be prepared at the school to let the students get together there and watch data on international football games, football training and football apparatuses and materials.

The officials reproached themselves for having failed to take environment and place into account, only eager to show the students as many data on development of football techniques as possible.

The respected General Secretary indicated the ways for building a sports sci-tech dissemination center and took meticulous measures for showing the teachers and students a lot of data on the world trend of football development and football techniques.

Thanks to such noble intention of his, a place for disseminating sports science and technology was arranged afterwards.

Benches Newly Arranged in School Corridor

In May, 2012, the respected General Secretary visited Changjon Primary School in Central District of Pyongyang Municipality.

Making rounds of the school, he taught that it would be advisable to place benches with hangers behind them on one side of the corridor.

If so, pupils could hang their raincoats and winter coats there on rainy or snowy days, he continued.

The officials were impressed by his attentive care.

Looking round the officials, he said that pupils could have a break sitting on the benches at recess and that he would send the benches. He told he needed details about the distances between classroom entrances and the number of benches needed and took corresponding measures.

Looking up to the respected General Secretary who took such benevolent measures, the officials keenly realized once again his ardent love for the rising generation.
