Displayed at the exhibition were various types of tiles and ceramic tiles produced in the factory according to kind, size and colour.
Looking round the exhibition, he expressed satisfaction, saying that only looking at those tiles and ceramic tiles including outer-wall, inner-wall and floor tiles pleased him and it was so good of them to have produced tiles of high quality on the basis of our own resources and technology.
Looking up to him, the officials were wrapped in emotion as the proud reality of the factory was unthinkable apart from the attentive care and leadership of the respected General Secretary.
He warmly taught that only when we actively utilize building materials of our own with attachment to them as we produce building materials by our own resources and technology, can we promote construction by our own efforts, not relying on other countries, and also develop building materials industry.

Most Valuable Wealth
One July day in ２０１８, the respected General Secretary visited the Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery despite sultry weather.
The officials felt embarrassed as they were well aware of the trouble taken by the respected General Secretary who was continuing the journey of field guidance even when high temperature was persisting.
However, he beamed with joy going round the tree nursery in disregard of his great efforts.
That day, he said that as he had stressed before, the revolutionary traits of self-reliance and self-sufficiency are the driving force which enables us to develop with utmost speed and the most valuable wealth, adding that we should follow the example of the officials and Party members in Kangwon Province who held fast to the slogan of self-sufficiency and display the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance, thus building a rich and prosperous socialist power on this land.
It was such a precious teaching that impressed on them the iron truth that displaying revolutionary spirit of self-reliance is the only way to life and the prosperity of the country.
Presently, he emphasized that we should intensify ideological education among the Party members and other working people so that they can work hard upholding the slogan of self-reliance and self-sufficiency as intended by the Party.
Looking up to him, the officials made up their minds to step up their struggle for building a socialist power upholding high the banner of self-reliance.
