Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Birthday Spread to Indomitable Patriotic Fighter

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Ri Kyong Chan on his ９０th birthday.

The birthday spread reflects the deep love and trust of the peerlessly great man who wants the veteran revolutionary, who fought as befits a soldier of the Workers’ Party of Korea with the loyalty to the leader and the conviction in the victory of the revolution, to implant the noble soul and spirit in the rising generation and live long, full of energy despite his advanced age.

Born into a poor peasant’s family in Jangphung County before national liberation, he suffered every kind of humiliation and insult. He keenly realized how precious the country liberated by President Kim Il Sung is, and embarked on a patriotic struggle for the country and fought undauntedly, remaining faithful to his political creed and revolutionary principles.

The Party awarded Ri Kyong Chan the title of DPRK Hero and other high-class state commendations and took care of him to lead a happy life, enjoying the benefits of socialism, while inviting him to major events, including the celebrations of the ６０th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, as a delegate.
