FA Cup Tournament Held

The FA (Football Association) Cup tournament started on Nov. ９ came to a close in the DPRK.

The tournament which was held at Kim Il Sung Stadium brought together teams which won the top six places in the ２０２４-２０２５ DPRK men’s and women’s premier football leagues.

The Ryomyong Team came first in the men’s football matches and the Sobaeksu Team in the women’s football matches.

Trophies and medals were conferred on the teams and players who proved successful at an awarding ceremony held at Kim Il Sung Stadium on Nov. １９.
