7th National Symposium on Educational Science Held in DPRK

The ７th National Symposium on Educational Science took place at the Academy of Pedagogical Science in the DPRK from Nov. １７ to ２１.

The symposium, themed "Education revolution and educational science", was attended by officials, teachers, researchers and postgraduate students of educational institutions at all levels, and more than ８００ papers were presented to the symposium.

Appreciated there were papers presented by Kim Il Sung University, Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, Kim Chaek University of Technology, Sariwon Kang Kon University of Medicine, Phyongsong University of Education and Chongjin University of Mining and Metallurgy.

Citations were awarded to the units and participants highly appreciated at the symposium.

During the symposium, there was a workshop on the ways for implementing the Workers’ Party of Korea’s policy on improving the teachers’ qualifications, abilities and level of specialization.
