Reality Only Mother Party Can Bring About
Season of inauguration, this call reflects the noble disposition of the respected General Secretary
At the １０th Session of the １４th Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK, the General Secretary expressed his will to make our Party keep hold on the construction of modern regional industry factories in ２０ counties every year as an unerring policy task, carry it out successfully and thus raise on one stage the basic material and cultural living standards of the people in all cities and counties and, in other words, across the country within ten years.
Since the ground breaking ceremony for regional-industry factories in Songchon County took place with splendour on February ２８ last year, our people have witnessed the warm love and devotion shown by the General Secretary to hasten the inauguration of regional-industry factories which provide new life and new civilization to the regional people.
The first inauguration season for implementing the policy on regional development in the history of our country, was ushered in thanks to the outstanding leadership and warm love of the respected General Secretary who dedicates himself to providing our people with all blessings.
Modern country city took its fabulous shape in flooded areas of North Phyongan Province and a new offshore farm was built in Sinpho City in the wake of the inauguration of regional-industry factories in Songchon County in December last year.
The inauguration season which had started like this continued in the beginning of this year, too, thus making the whole country seethe with unbridled joy.
The General Secretary made ceaseless journey for bringing another inauguration season when the first season was in full swing with a fervent desire that anyone who is born on this land should lead an abundant and civilized life under the socialist policy of the state, whether they live in the capital city or regions, in towns or mountain villages.
Looking up to the General Secretary who dug the first spadeful of earth in ground breaking ceremonies of a hospital and leisure complex in Kangdong County, largest-ever greenhouse farm and vegetable science research centre and the Ragwon County Offshore Farm and makes ceaseless journey of field guidance all the year round, all the people across the country were deeply moved.
Such a noble ideal, energetic leadership and great dedication of the General Secretary for the sake of the people brought the second inauguration season in implementing the Party’s policy on regional development.
The inaugural season which arrived on this land is the one of pleasure and jubilation which can be ushered in only by the respected General Secretary who is possessed of ardent love and affection for the people.
It is a proud reality brought about by decisive action ability of our Party which makes sure that all the works for the people are successfully carried out.
In the ongoing inauguration season our people envision the rosier future of the country.
