Multifunctional Greenhouse for Cultivating Rice Seedlings Newly Built

The Jagang Provincial Rural Economy Committee built a greenhouse for cultivating rice seedlings which suits the characteristics of northern mountainous area at the Ryujung Farm.

This greenhouse is multi-functional as it can grow vegetables in winter when rice seedlings are not produced, produce cocoons in summer and dry seeds in autumn.

Senior officials of the committee, aware of the fact that the key to high yield lies in scientific farming method, dynamically pushed forward the construction of the greenhouse while providing materials in a responsible manner though in difficulties and lack of everything.

Therefore the greenhouse could be wonderfully built in a short span of time.

Now the provincial rural economy committee takes practical steps to build multifunctional greenhouses at other farms of the province while organizing visits to the greenhouse at the Ryujung Farm in different forms and methods.
