Patriotic Youth, A Call Shining Brilliantly in New Era of Juche Revolution
Young people across the country, who are greeting the founding anniversary of the Juche-oriented youth organization on the road of historic advance for glorifying the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea(WPK) as a congress of glory and victors, are full of high zeal for fully displaying the resourcefulness and gallantry of patriotic youth by performing world-startling miracles once again.

The respected fatherly Marshal placed in young people great trust in his autographical letter that prosperous tomorrow will be brought earlier by dynamic footsteps of youth in January ２０１２, sent a congratulatory letter of love to the participants in the celebration meeting of the Youth Day and other young people across the country on his journey to the front and had a meaningful souvenir photo taken with the representatives to the celebrations.
He saw to it that the youth league was renamed the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, reflecting the fresh requirement of the development of our revolution and youth movement and the unanimous intention and desire of officials and members of the youth league who are eager to devote blood and sweat of patriotism following the leadership of the Party.
Keeping the love and trust of the great father as the lifeline, our young people built up numerous monuments of merit throughout the country with ambitious spirit, patriotic enthusiasm and dynamic struggle.
The spirit of the Paektusan hero youth created in the area of Mt Paektu, the birthplace of the Juche revolution, became the spirit of the times to make the whole country a theater for young people, and endless feats were performed by the positive activities of youth shock brigade members.
Jonwi Street built at the northern gateway to the capital city of Pyongyang shines as a symbol of youth rallied firmly behind the Party.
Keeping the great love and trust of the respected fatherly Marshal who personally attended the ground-breaking ceremony to encourage the young builders with a passionate speech and gave the street a meaningful name "Jonwi Street", our young people gave birth to a new street of the people in just one year.
Since the historic Eighth Congress of the WPK, young people from across the country vied with each other to voluntarily advance into the posts for the country’s prosperity and development and the people’s wellbeing.
In ２０２１ alone, over ten thousand young people went out to difficult and labor-consuming sectors to perform feats and laudable deeds.
In ２０２３ marking the ７５th founding anniversary of the Republic, more than a hundred thousand young people went out to the major theaters of socialist construction.
Better still, nearly three hundred thousand young people decided to create heroic myths at the rehabilitation and construction of Sinuiju City and Uiju County in North Phyongan Province in ２０２４.
Imbued at the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm, being newly built in the northwestern border area of the country demonstrating the superiority of our-style socialism, are sincere efforts and sweat of young patriots who have always been faithful and brave in following and carrying out the Party’s plans and decisions.
The trustworthy and full-fledged looks of the large contingent of youth, which has grown to be steel-strong ranks in the gigantic and worthwhile struggle for bringing earlier a rosier future and is defending the Party and the revolution, add infinite strength to the general advance for opening up a broad avenue of comprehensive state rejuvenation.
