Lots of Trees Planted in Farm Villages

Officials and working people in North Phyongan Province planted lots of tall trees in new farm villages.

The province set the villages of the Tapsang Farm in Unsan County and the Kumya Farm in Changsong County as models under the guidance of the provincial Party Committee.

When the residential quarters were landscaped, they organized a meaningful show to broaden the horizons of the officials concerned and give courage to them.

Consultative meetings on greening were held all at once in cities and counties and the whole province seethed with the campaign to finish the work in a qualitative way.

Unsan County provided practical training sessions for technicians in the afforestation sector and supplied necessary means in a foresighted manner.

It also ensured that trees of superior strains were planted in a qualitative way.

Consequently, it created a unique landscape.

Suit was followed by Changsong and Tongchang counties and other regions in the province.

Thanks to the efforts of the officials and workers in the province, dawn redwoods, gingkos and other nice trees totaling １０-odd thousand in number were planted successfully.
