Immortal Exploits on Strengthening Korean People’s Army into Elite Revolutionary Army

February ８ is a significant day when the Korean People’s Army was founded.

The KPA has recorded only victory on its sacred colors and has been further developed and strengthened into an invincible strong army capable of smashing any powerful enemy thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

Since the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un assumed a heavy responsibility of supreme commandership of the armed forces of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and has led the revolution, our revolutionary armed forces have fully displayed the might as the most powerful revolutionary army.

He set it as the general task for the army building to model itself on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, set forth the four-point line of strengthening the army and remarkably strengthened our revolutionary armed forces into the WPK-style powerful army strong in politico-ideological, moral and ultra-modern technical aspects.

Thanks to his wise leadership, the building of a strong army with the ideology as the driving force could be promoted and all the service personnel grew up to be strong in ideas, will and faith.

He developed and strengthened the KPA into the elite revolutionary army possessed of Juche-oriented strategy and tactics and perfect capability to fight an actual war.

He further enriched our-style military strategic and tactical idea as required by modern warfare and brought up all the service personnel of the People’s Army as a-match-for-a-hundred combatants well-versed in different combat situations and combat action procedures while organizing and guiding various practical actual maneuverings of KPA units and subunits.

The drill of the KPA ground, naval, air and anti-air forces for landing on an island and a drill of services of the KPA for hitting enemy naval target staged under his direct guidance in July ２０１４ and January ２０１５ added another page to the annals of powerful army building as a great historic achievement demonstrating the mettle of the heroic Korean People’s Army to the whole world.

In October ２０２２, the air force of the KPA carried out a large-scale air attack combined drill during which more than １５０ fighter planes of different missions took off simultaneously under the Party’s operational plan, and thus demonstrated the combatant might of the air force in full readiness to annihilate the enemy.

In early November that year, a large-scale all-out combat sortie operation of the air force with ５００ fighters of various missions involved was conducted to frustrate the reckless military provocations of the enemy and it was recorded as another myth of victory in the history of our country.

The combatants of the armed forces of the Republic who took part in overseas military operations in hearty response to the order of the Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party of Korea demonstrated to the whole world the might of the heroic KPA which emerges victorious with the sure superiority in ideology, spirit and Juche-oriented strategy and tactics.

The combat feats of the overseas military operations units, representing the armed forces of the DPRK, in the battlefield which became the focus of the world, further consolidated the immortal appellation of our army which wins only victory in every battle and clearly confirmed the actual condition of the KPA fully prepared for the war.

Indeed, as there is the outstanding leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, all the service personnel are trained to be elite soldiers of modern warfare and stout fighters who are equipped with the military strategies and tactics of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, the heroic fighting spirit and flawless abilities to fight an actual war and our People’s Army is further strengthened into the first-line death-defying corps reliably defending the security of the socialist country and the people, into an invincible army possessed of the strongest offensive and defensive power.

February ８ clearly recorded in the history of our country will shine ever more brilliantly and victorious advance of our revolution will be firmly guaranteed as we hold the great Comrade Kim Jong Un, the peerlessly illustrious commander.
