Service Ship Floated on River Taedong

Nampho Municipality has built and floated a modern service ship "Waubong" on River Taedong.

Arranged at the service ship is a popular dining hall which can accommodate far over one hundred customers.

The municipal Party Committee decided on the building of a modern service ship which can hold hundreds of people and pushed forward with it in a three-dimensional way.

Officials of different factories and enterprises in the municipality and the working people of the Nampho Port Construction Agency stood in the van of the ship construction. They tapped all the reserves and possibilities to the full and waged a round-the-clock campaign.

In particular, they adopted rational working methods to reduce the date of ship building.

The Party and administrative officials of the municipality also did their part in the construction in a responsible manner.

Not long ago, the test run of the service ship was conducted successfully.

Now, certain preparations for making the ship a peculiar service facility are being stepped up.
