One August day in ２０１８, the respected General Secretary
Inspecting the rough construction site, he highly praised soldier-builders and other builders for their painstaking efforts, saying that when he visited the construction site in May that year, he could overlook block No. ２ of the Kalma Hotel from the gazebo but then buildings in front of it rose high above it to block the view of it.
He expressed great satisfaction over the fact that the construction site undergone a dramatic change beyond recognition in merely three months’ time.
Officials were wrapped in great emotion as they keenly felt the great trust and love of the respected General Secretary who bestowed strength and courage on builders whenever he visited the construction site.
Looking round the officials, he taught in detail about the issues arising in construction.
Then he instructed that the field political work should focus on bringing up all the builders as those strong in ideology and patriots.
It was an important instruction indicating scientific ways for enhancing the might of field political work to the maximum in the gigantic struggle for ushering in a great heyday of construction.
That day the respected General Secretary said that it is essential to make all the builders bear deep in their minds the noble sense of mission and responsibility for creating eternal wealth for the posterity true to the intention of the Party and patriotism.
Officials hardened their will to firmly prepare all the builders as the ones strong in ideology and true patriots upholding the noble intention of the respected General Secretary.
Precious Trust, High Appraisal
One August day in ２０２５, the respected General Secretary visited the completed Ragwon County Offshore Farm and the modern fishing-village residential district.
After going round various parts of the modern fishing-village residential district, he expressed his pleasure over the fact that every house in the fishing-village residential district was perfectly built, saying that construction was carried out in a very qualitative way to meet the design and technical requirements.
Then he highly appreciated the efforts of the soldier-builders, saying that the Ragwon County Offshore Farm and the fishing-village residential district were really spectacular.
Officials were filled with boundless excitement as they keenly felt the great trust and affection of the great father.
In February that year, he had attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ragwon County Offshore Farm and met soldier-builders to earnestly request them to do their work well, and on a muggy July day he again visited the construction site and said with great trust that the successes achieved in the construction of the modern marine industrial bases and our-style modern fishermen’s villages are another miracle that can be wrought only by our soldier-builders boundlessly loyal to the cause of the Party.
Seeing the officials in great excitement, he said that all the buildings erected in Ragwonpho are the outcome of the high ideological readiness and redoubled efforts of the Korean People’s Army upholding the policy of the Party on regional development with absolute loyalty and devoted struggle.
Keeping his noble teaching deep in their minds, officials pictured valuable feats to be performed by our soldier-builders erecting grand monumental edifices in theaters for opening up a great heyday of construction, a new era of regional transformation.
