Clinic in Paektusanmilyong-dong Associated with His Loving Care
The following happened one day in November, ２０２１, when the respected General Secretary
That day, the respected General Secretary looked round Rimyongsu-dong and Chongbong Senior Middle School, and then headed toward Paektusanmilyong-dong.
Arranged in the area of Paektusanmilyong-dong are more than one hundred flats of tens of apartment blocks and public buildings retaining the national and modern characters and features of the northern alpine region.
After learning about the number of flats built in the area, composition of inhabitants and the placement of Jongilbong Senior Middle School and the network of service facilities one by one in front of the map showing the master plan for construction of Paektusanmilyong-dong, the respected General Secretary taught that rural dwelling houses should be built neatly in conformity with regional features, not just gorgeously, and so should the interior finishing of the flats.
After a while, he asked if there was a clinic in the map.
An official frankly answered there was no clinic but a pharmacy.
Then, the respected General Secretary said it was impossible to imagine a dong without a clinic and that a clinic had to be newly built there.
He continued that, in the future, facilities like a clinic which are indispensable to life should be arranged in consideration of the size of relevant areas when building residential quarters, and emphasized that facilities to be built in residential quarters should be standardized and policy-oriented.
Listening to him, the officials were wrapped in excitement.
Though he saw that a wonderful cultured mountainous city was built in the northern part of the country, he was still so anxious to provide the people with a blessed life in good health free from any diseases.
Looking up to him, the officials called to their minds the heartful words of the respected General Secretary who thanked all the people for being healthy free from disease at the venue of meaningful celebrations of the ７５th Party founding anniversary.
Indeed, the respected General Secretary repeatedly bestows great benevolence upon the people, so eager to bless them with all the good luck, wherever he goes.
