Bringing Earlier Day of Inauguration Ceremony

The respected General Secretary expressed his delight over the significant inauguration of the Ragwon County Offshore Farm and a modern housing district for its employees whose construction had been pushed forward with as a major policy project of the Party and the state that year.
He said that the inauguration ceremony had actually been supposed to be held to mark September ９, the founding day of the DPRK.
However, he saw that it was held that day because, though it was good to hold the ceremony on the occasion of a national holiday to attach political importance to it, it didn’t necessarily have to be so, he added.
Listening to him, the officials called to their minds the day when they had looked round the completed offshore farm and housing district in the presence of the respected General Secretary a few days before.
Then and there, he, enjoying the picturesque panorama of Ragwonpho, said with pleasure that the undertaking which had been planned since the previous year in order to build a fishing base which is more characteristic than the Sinpho City Offshore Farm was successfully completed, making it possible to present the fishing village in the most beautiful port to the people of Ragwon County.
That day, the respected General Secretary looked round the offshore farm and gave precious instructions as to its management and operation.
Then, he expressed satisfaction over the fact that a wonderful offshore farm and fishing village were built in Ragwon County, which had been one of the tiny counties in the country and had a weak economic foundation, adding that the county turned into the one with bright prospect of development in the future and it went well with the name "Ragwon" (paradise) both in name and reality.
He continued that this indeed would be recorded in the history as a brilliant chapter and a wonderful section of construction revolution for implementing the Party’s regional development policy and proudly affirmed that, at such an advancing speed, we would achieve final victory of socialism in the near future.
Looking around the officials filled with great emotions, the respected General Secretary earnestly noted that he wishes to face-lift all ris in the country like Ragwonpho and that it is the steadfast determination of our Party to turn our country into the people’s paradise envied by the world.
Looking up to his benevolent image, the officials were so touched by the ardent devotion and pains of the respected General Secretary who set the site of the offshore farm in the excellent location in the East Sea area and dug the first spadeful of earth on the groundbreaking day.
He guided lots of design formation plans and visited the field several times to teach brilliant plans to rectify the shortcomings.
The most wonderful fishermen’s village was born thanks to the pains taken by the respected General Secretary.
Presently, he said he hoped to see the cheerful faces of the people in the county as soon as possible and gave an instruction to hold the inauguration ceremony of the Ragwon County Offshore Farm in a meaningful way in the near future.
Thus, under the special interest of the benevolent father, the inauguration ceremony of the Ragwon County Offshore Farm was held earlier than the founding day of the Republic.
This story is another legend of love for the people which is possible only under the care of the respected General Secretary who finds the greatest pleasure in the happiness of the people.
