Destroyer Choe Hyon Conducts Test-fire of Weapon Systems
The test-fire of strategic cruise missiles and anti-warship missiles was conducted again in the operational efficiency test system of destroyer Choe Hyon of the Navy of the Korean People’s Army on April 12.

The test-fire was aimed at checking the launching control line of the warship’s integrated weapon commanding system and familiarizing the seamen with the missile firing action, as well as confirming the accuracy and the rate of hits of the improved active anti-jamming navigation system.
Two strategic cruise missiles and three anti-warship missiles were test-fired from destroyer Choe Hyon.
The launched strategic cruise missiles flew for 7 869s to 7 920s and anti-warship missiles for 1 960s to 1 973s along the flight orbits set in the sky above the West Sea of Korea and struck the targets with ultra-precision hit accuracy.
