DPRK Advances into Semifinals of 2026 AFC U-17 Women’s Asian Cup

The quarterfinals for the ２０２６ AFC U-１７ Women’s Asian Cup were held between DPRK and Thai teams on May １１.

The DPRK team succeeded in scoring around １７ and ２０ minutes, and an own goal was made by a Thailand player around ４５ minutes. It also scored about ４７, ７０ and ８１ minutes in the match of the second half.

As a result, the DPRK women footballers defeated the Thai team ６:０ and advanced into the semi-finals.
