One day in November ２０２１, the respected Comrade General Secretary gave field guidance at the Junghung Farm in Samjiyon City which was newly built as a model of socialist rural communities.
That day he met an official of the ri Party committee.
Saying that a key in the work of secretaries of ri Party committees is to conduct the work with agricultural workers and masses skillfully, the respected Comrade General Secretary instructed that to this end it is essential to give a precise prescription.
He continued that Party officials should become skilled physicians as for the work with masses, stressing that a skilled physician is the one who correctly gives diagnosis and precise prescription for curing patients’ diseases.
