Success Brought About by Love and Sincerity

Recently, medical workers of South Hamgyong Provincial Maternity Hospital have brought a woman, whose resuscitation was thought to be impossible, back to health with ardent sincerity and high skills.

Early in April last, a woman in her mid-thirties was taken to South Hamgyong Provincial Materinity Hospital.

The patient was in a critical situation, with a rare disease accompanied by a complication.

A consultative meeting was held at the hospital immediately to form a treatment team with able medical workers and take treatment measures.

At that time, there was hardly any guarantee that the patient could be recovered.

However, the medical workers of the hospital turned out as one, conscious that they had no right of hesitating or giving up the patient’s life.

The members of the treatment team including the doctor in charge conducted treatment in the greatest alertness without leaving the patient.

Consultations of the department and the hospital were held for several times even on a single day and lots of blood and infusion were administered to the patient.

During the intensive treatment campaign, the medical workers burned the midnight oil and racked their brains to find out more scientific and efficacious operation plans.

The days of treatment vividly showed the medical workers’ faithfulness to their mission of taking responsibility for the people’s lives and health.

The operation which was conducted for a long time proved successful.

After the operation, the medical workers put all their energies into treatment for improving the patient’s conditions.

Lots of touching deeds were performed by medical workers in those days.

Thanks to their selfless sincerity, the woman left the hospital in good health in mid-April last.

The woman and her family members were full of gratitude toward the benevolent country which gave her another life.

The woman’s bright laughter was a beautiful flower which the medical team of the maternity hospital brought into bloom with sincerity.

The medical workers here still make sincere efforts for keeping the health and happiness of women in the province.
