February ６, ２０２５ is the historic day when we made a meaningful start to accelerate the building of a civilized and prosperous country by bringing about substantial and new qualitative changes in the regions.

Construction Site of Hospital He Visited Repeatedly
Modern hospitals are to be built in provinces this year, too, thanks to the cherished desire of our benevolent father to enable regional people to fully enjoy an advanced medical service in their regions like those in Pyongyang and his ardent sincerity.
Visualizing imposing appearances of hospitals to be erected across the country under the loving care of the respected Comrade General Secretary, we recollect touching stories with deep emotion.
The respected Comrade General Secretary made boundless devotion to build the Kusong City Hospital impeccably.
In June last year, he gave field guidance at the construction site of the Kusong City Hospital.
Learning in detail about the progress made in the construction, he gave instructions on the issues arising in wonderfully building the hospital.
As he gives top priority to the construction of the model city and county hospitals that will lead the overall development of public health of the country, the respected Comrade General Secretary inspected again the construction site of the hospital in September that year.

Waters off the Phungo-dong Area Convey His Devotion
People still remember the touching scene of the respected Comrade General Secretary going round the waters off the Phungo-dong area on a small motorboat after guiding the consultative meeting on the development of the regional economy held at the seaside of Sinpho City on July １５, ２０２４.
It was just a midsummer noon when the respected Comrade General Secretary headed for sea-farming ground on a small motorboat.
After a while, the boat arrived at the sea-farming ground. Some of the accompanying officials pulled up the dipper from the sea to show the scallops to the respected Comrade General Secretary.
At that very moment, the boat leaned much to one side. However, the respected Comrade General Secretary carefully watched the dipper and smiled with satisfaction.
It was, indeed, an affectionate smile of the great father who regards making painstaking efforts for the beloved people as his pleasure, picturing their happy looks.
When the motorboat approached the seashore, he taught the official of South Hamgyong Province that offshore farms should be built in all of the ten-odd coastal cities and counties in the province.
Recollecting with deep emotion the sea trip by the respected Comrade General Secretary, our people say that, thanks to the loving care of the great father, ever-prospering villages increase and people’s laughter resound more loudly throughout the country.
Bright Future He Visualized in Ragwonpho
The respected Comrade General Secretary visited the completed Ragwon County Offshore Farm and the modern fishing-village residential district on August ２６, ２０２５.
He all the time wore a broad smile while looking round the people’s ideal farm village where modern and advanced production facilities of the farm, low- and single-storied houses of various styles and neighborhood-serving amenities have been built in good harmony with the surrounding natural landscape in more than １９０ days after starting the project.
He chose the site of the village to be the most beautiful in the world and dug the first spadeful of earth to signal the start of the construction project on the spot.
Endless are, indeed, the painstaking efforts of the respected Comrade General Secretary to build all the public buildings and dwelling houses on the highest level.
However, regardless of his devotion, the respected Comrade General Secretary said in pleasure that he felt as if it were only a few days ago when the groundbreaking ceremony took place and the modern offshore farm and dwelling houses were wonderfully built only in several months, showing the advancing speed of our era.
The respected Comrade General Secretary earnestly noted that he wishes to face-lift all ris in the country like Ragwonpho and that it is the steadfast determination of our Party to turn our country into the people’s paradise envied by the world.
