Another Achievement with Which to Protect Ecological Environment and Increase Economic Effectiveness

Officials and working people of the Munphyong Smeltery, who made the nonferrous metallurgical industry Juche-based, have established a production cycle of reusing waste materials from the production process.

This production cycle is a valuable success with which to protect ecological environment and firmly guarantee the sustained development of the Juche-based production of nonferrous metals.

It is our Party’s consistent policy task that more of material wealth should be created through the collection and recycling of waste materials and by-products from the production process.

Keeping the recycling policy of the Party in mind, the officials and working people of the Munphyong Smeltery pushed forward with a technical campaign for reusing waste materials in parallel with the establishment of a Juche-based nonferrous metal production process.

Having established a rotation production system for reusing waste materials with their own efforts, technology and strenuous efforts, they are putting spurs to the work for withdrawing all valuable metals on this basis.

They plan to make their smeltery free of pollution by ceaselessly inventing and introducing recycling technologies.
