Eternal Government Policy of DPRK--Best Things to Children!
To provide the children with the best things has become the major policy of the Party and state and is thoroughly guaranteed in a legal way in our country.
Such laws as the law on the nursing and upbringing of children, the law on ensuring children’s rights and the law on childcare are associated with the great benevolence of the Party and state.
Best things to children!
This is, indeed, one of the most important principles our Party and state have consistently adhered to in their work.
The law on the nursing and upbringing of children overflowing with fervent love for posterity is the one whose every article was drawn up by President
The President’s earnest instructions at the Siixth Session of the Fifth Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) where the law on the nursing and upbringing of children was adopted touch the heartstrings of the people even now.
He said our Party pays deep attention and great efforts to nursing and upbringing of children and it is not because our country is particularly richer than others or very well-off.
We do so never for any publicity, he noted, adding that we pay deep attention and great efforts to nursing and upbringing of children to successfully build socialism and communism.
In retrospect, our country built nurseries and kindergartens in various parts of the country in the period of building a new country at a heavy outlay of state funds and thus established the system of nursing and bringing up the children socially.
Even during the Fatherland Liberation War when the destiny of the country was at stake, the work for nursing and bringing up the children was carried on without letup under the special care of the Party and state.
Numberless are creations for children including facilities for nursing and upbringing of children as well as the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital and the Okryu Children’s Hospital where our children are provided with excellent medical service.
Baby homes and orphanages erected thanks to the benevolence of the motherly Party are happy cradle of parentless children.
Under the loving care of President
The socialist policies for our children have only increased including the adoption and implementation of several laws such as the law on ensuring the rights of women and the law on preferential treatment of a family with many children.
The DPRK law on childcare is the advantageous one ensuring all conditions for putting forward the children as kings of the country and bringing them up as future pillars.
Receiving the law on childcare, all the people across the country shed tears of boundless gratitude to the love of the motherly Party which set forth the love for posterity as the eternal policy of our state and recollect with solemn emotion the exciting scene unfolded at the venue of the Third Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Party Central Committee.
The respected Comrade General Secretary ardently said that there is no more important revolutionary work than the work of bringing up children, the future of the country, to be strong and sound and that it is the most important policy and supreme cherished desire of our Party and state to provide more improved conditions of bringing them up even at the cost of huge sum of money.
He acquainted himself with the number of nurslings and kindergarteners across the country and the milk intake a day and personally tasted the trial-produced milk powder and was concerned for its quality.
Such benevolent love of his is reflected in every article of the law on childcare.
Our children happily grow thanks to the noble intention of the motherly Party that if the children who are born and grow up on this land eat well and are raised healthily in good environment from their childhood, so much vibrant vitality and vim will overflow our society after 20 or 30 years and the national power of the Republic will grow and gain in strength.
Indeed, the law on childcare is the one which legalized the noble outlook on posterity of the respected Comrade General Secretary, the ardent love of our Party which spares nothing for the children.
Every article of all the laws for the children reflects the eternal policy of our Party and state to provide children with the best things, valuing them most.
Best things to children!
This is the eternal state policy of our Republic.
