Issue for Operating Regional Hospitals He Paid Deep Attention to

The respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un paid deep attention to not only the issue of building city and county hospitals but the one of operating them.

When he visited the construction site of the Kangdong County Hospital on June ２, ２０２５, the respected Comrade General Secretary instructed to officials that they should operate well the city and county hospitals after their completion.

He taught that what is important in the operation of hospitals is to prepare well medical workers.

Noting that teaching by words is not enough for raising specialist qualifications of medical workers, the respected Comrade General Secretary indicated in detail the ways for training medical workers needed for city and county hospitals.

He stressed that the important thing in operating the city and county hospitals is to supply medicaments on a regular basis. He also said that pharmaceutical industry should develop in order to regularly supply necessary medicaments to city and county hospitals.

When he visited the inaugurated Kangdong County Hospital on November １９, ２０２５, the respected Comrade General Secretary clarified in detail important issues arising in the operation of the hospital.

Thanks to his detailed instructions and energetic guidance, the construction of regional hospitals could be propelled in parallel with the work for their operation.
