At Ragwonpho Filled with Delight of Kelp Harvest

The Ragwon County Offshore Farm has greeted the first kelp harvesting season since its inauguration.

Ragwonpho is full of delight of farmers in harvesting tens of tons of kelp every day with production means and equipment provided by the Party’s benevolence.

The respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un who personally attended the inauguration ceremony of the Ragwon County Offshore Farm said that seed is also the key to aquaculture and a rapid development can be made only when the Party’s policy for bringing about a radical turn in seed improvement is consistently adhered to.
