Revenge-vowing Meeting Held ahead of June 25, Day of Struggle against U.S. Imperialism


Workers and Trade Union Members Meet to Vow Revenge on U.S. Imperialists


Workers and members of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea met at the plaza of the Central Class Education House on June 23 to vow revenge on the U.S. imperialists on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.

Present at the meeting were officials of the Central Committee of the GFTUK and workers and trade union members in Pyongyang. There a lecturer of the Central Class Education House exposed and denounced the barbarous massacre made by the U.S. imperialists during the Korean War.

The lecturer referred to the fact that the U.S. imperialist aggressors, tamed with brutality and cruelty, mercilessly massacred the Korean people wherever they went.

Saying that the outcries of the souls requesting the revenge are resounding on this land, the lecturer stressed the need to mercilessly punish the aggressors, not forgetting for even a moment the bitter lessons taught by the war.

Then speeches were made.

The speakers said that the enemies’ ever-growing vicious acts of encroaching upon the sovereignty of the DPRK in recent years clearly prove once again that the U.S. imperialists and the scum of the ROK are the eternal principal enemies.

They expressed their resolve to fully demonstrate the mettle of the Korean working class in the struggle to build up the absolute military muscle which the enemies dare not to provoke, while producing many more weapons to annihilate the enemy with a rifle in one hand and a hammer in the other.

Through a poem, primary information workers of the GFTUK made the participants redouble their retaliatory will to have their pent-up grudge settled without fail, bearing in mind that the U.S. imperialists are the sworn enemy of the Korean people.

At the end of the meeting the participants looked round the house.


Agricultural Workers Meet to Vow Revenge on U.S. Imperialists


Agricultural workers and members of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea held a meeting at the plaza of the Susan-ri House of Class Education on June 23 to vow to take revenge on the U.S. imperialists on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.

Present at the meeting were officials concerned, officials of the UAWK Central Committee and union officials and agricultural workers in Nampho Municipality.

The meeting heard a speech of the chief lecturer of the Susan-ri House of Class Education disclosing and denouncing the unethical crimes committed by the U.S. imperialist murderers who massacred many patriots and residents in the most brutal and barbarous way in Susan-ri during the strategic temporary retreat of the Korean People’s Army in the Fatherland Liberation War.

Then, speakers said that a place of grudge of the Korean people shows once again clearly the truth that in the present world in which the imperialists’ violent moves for aggression are rampant, a country can defend its destiny and ensure the happiness of rising generations only when it gets stronger.

They called upon all the union members to prepare themselves to be defenders of the revolution and vanguard fighters of the class with the unshakable faith that we will surely emerge victorious thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

They expressed their resolve to contribute to the prosperity of the country by increasing grain production from the first year of the new five-year plan, bearing in mind that farming well is a struggle of defending socialism and the self-respect of our Republic.

At the meeting, lecturers of the union in Kangso District and members of the artistic information team of the Central Committee of the UAWK showed the revolutionary spirit of the agricultural workers across the country, who turned out in the all-people resistance to wipe out the U.S. imperialists and the ROK group keen on the anti-DPRK nuclear war moves, through poem of motivation and songs.

At the end of the meeting the participants visited the Susan-ri House of Class Education.


Schoolchildren Meet to Pledge Revenge on U.S. Imperialists


Schoolchildren met at the plaza of the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum on June 23 to vow to revenge on the U.S. imperialists on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.

Present there were officials of the youth league, students of Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and Chilgol Revolutionary School and schoolchildren in Pyongyang.

Lecturers of the Central Class Education House and the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum made speeches.

They bitterly denounced the brutal atrocities of the murderers who massacred innocent people at random, noting that schools and streets and villages were turned into heap of ashes due to the war of aggression ignited by the U.S. imperialists.

They stressed the need to not forget for a moment that the enemies are making desperate efforts to deprive every precious thing on this land and to bravely fight for defending their beloved native places and dear schools like the members of the Children’s Guard in the wartime if the enemies ignite another war.

The strong will of the successors to add luster to the noble honor of being the new generation of Juche Korea, descendants of the victorious wartime generation, was reflected in such motivation poems "I’ll Remember Forever" and songs "For My Only Motherland" and "Comrades, Let’s Join the Army".

Then there were resolution-taking speeches.

The speakers said that the bloodstains of grudge can never be erased or faded, despite the passage of time and the replacement of generation, but they redouble the mission of the revenge-takers.

They expressed their firm determination to prepare themselves to be young revolutionaries boundlessly loyal to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un and to rush to the posts of national defence with clear class consciousness and reliably defend the socialist homeland with arms of the revolution and class.
