Story about Great Love Unprecedented in the World
Impressive Story Associated with Epic Written by a War Veteran
There is an epic "The Country without Orphans" among a lot of data kept in the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum. It tells about the benevolent loving care shown by President
It was written by war veteran Yun Il Hui early in the 1990s and his family members sent the epic to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the war victory.
After the war Yun Il Hui worked as a political official in the Korean People’s Army for a long time. After leaving the army, working as a secretary of dong-office he wrote poems about the facts he experienced during the war.
The epic "The Country without Orphans" carries the impressive facts when he took war orphans to the rear from the front on the east coast to implement the order of the President.
President
On January 3, 1951, the President earnestly told Kim Chaek that the state should erect baby homes and primary schools in all provinces and major cities and bring them up at the state expense.
So, a decision of the Cabinet on establishing a school for bereaved children was adopted on January 13, 1951 and the state measures were taken to establish schools for bereaved children and baby homes for bringing up war orphans.
This was the decision which could be made only by the President who had firm belief that the aim of the revolutionary struggle was to make our younger generations lead a happy life.
There was also the order No. 288 of the Military Commission issued in June 1952 “On Migrating War Sufferers and Orphans in Kangwon Province”. According to it, Yun Il Hui and other servicepersons took the duty of safely evacuating war orphans in Kangwon Province to the settled region.
Yun was assigned as head of a group.
He looked around military trucks loaded with boxes of confectionaries for children sent by the Supreme Headquarters.
The serviceperson felt the benevolence shown by the President and made the firm determination to carry out his order unconditionally.
Later, the trucks were divided into three formations and arrived in the cradles of children arranged in Pakchon, Unjon and Jongju areas.
The orphans were welcomed by officials of the Cabinet, teachers and doctors in the places rich in natural beauty.
Feeling the great loving care shown by the Party, the servicepersons of the People’s Army redoubled their will to fulfill the important duty of transmigration in the future, too.
Under the wise leadership of President
Like this, the President took deep care of the bereaved children during the fierce war with parental affection.
Thanks to the greatest benevolence in the world, the war orphans could grow up as future of the motherland and pillars of future.
The warm loving care shown by the President was another powerful might for the brilliant victory of heroic Korea.
Today our Party has the noble outlook on posterity that before the people and above the people whom our Party believes in as in heaven there stand our children.
Our Party regards taking all pains for the younger generations as happiness and honour, not a suffering.
Only victory is in store for our great Party, our motherland vigorously advancing with the might of love for posterity.
