Fairway of Loving Care
There is Lake Rangrim, called "Sea amidst mountains" in Rangrim County, an out-of-the-way village.
For the past tens of years, the love and benevolence of the Party for the county people have flowed into the county through the lake appeared with the building of the dam of the Kanggye Youth Power Station on the River Jangjin.
One day in April last, several ris adjacent to Lake Rangrim were in a festive mood from early morning as the news that a ship carrying goods produced at regional-industry factories built as the entities of regional transformation under the benevolence of the Party would soon arrive in the ris adjoining the lake.
Not only ri officials and employees of the shops but lots of people went to the shores of the lake to wait for the ships.
Every person of the county had keenly felt the gratitude to the Party’s love for the mountainous people when wonderful factories were built in the county in December last year.
And they had pictured to themselves the happier future experiencing the proud and stirring reality in which various kinds of goods that can proudly be called things of their own making were being turned out in those factories in less than a year after the day of inauguration.
Shortly afterwards, familiar ships approached them.
Officials of the county people’s committee and crew members who got off the ships told the people that goods would be transported to the people of the ris far away from the township by those ships regularly.
The ri people were deeply touched.
Endless was, indeed, the benevolence the Party bestowed on them through that fairway.
That day all the people, who were provided with lots of foodstuffs and daily necessities produced at newly-built regional-industry factories, shed tears of gratitude to the great love of the respected Comrade General Secretary
From then on it has become a routine for the people there to greet the ships carrying goods of the regional-industry factories with joy.
The eternal fairway of loving care--this conveys the boundless benevolence of our Party bestowed upon the mountainous people.
