"Go among People!"
President
The President felt like something valuable was missing when he stayed away from people even for a moment and felt most pleased when he met with people.
That’s why the benevolent image of the President who smiled a broad smile among the people is still kept deep in the hearts of our people though much water has run under the bridge.
President
"I started my revolutionary activities by going among the people and today, too, I am continuing to make the revolution by mixing with the people. I am also reviewing my life by going among the people. If I had neglected contact with the people just once and forgotten the existence of the people even for a moment, I would not have been able to maintain the pure and genuine love for the people which I formed in my teens and become a true servant of the people."
The hours when he was among the people were his office hours and the places where he stayed with the people were places where he discussed the state affairs.
Our President was specially happy and delighted when he went among the people, talked about the state affairs with them and discussed the issues for improving the living.
The people our President loved so much and held so dear were not a group of some specific people but workers and farmers working faithfully at factories and farms and lots of intellectuals serving for the prosperity of the country with science and technology.
Long as the human history was, it has never witnessed such a great man as our President who regarded the people as Heaven, shared weal and woe with them and devoted his everything to them.
The socialist paradises whose masters are the people were built and monumental edifices for the people mushroomed wherever his people-bound train went.
As he regarded the people as his teacher and led the revolution and construction in reliance on the people, he left the rising generation a precious saying in the last days of his great life that people making revolution should keep as their motto the truth that they can always win victory when trusting in the people and relying on them but they are sure to suffer defeats only when they distrust the people and are abandoned by them.
Our President was truly a great man of the century and the great leader of the people who always stayed among the people and roused them to miracles of creation and construction.
