Youths in DPRK Commemorate Anniversary of Demise of President
Youth and students in the DPRK met at the Central Youth Hall on Tuesday to tell stories about the noble virtues of President
Present there were Paek Un Chol, chairman of the C.C., Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials of the youth league and youth and students in Pyongyang.
The meeting heard the recitation of a narrative poem "Great Torrent of Yearning" reflecting the deep yearning for the President who had always attached importance to the youth work and made painstaking efforts to train the younger generation into successors to the revolution and pillars of the country in the whole period of his revolutionary leadership.
Recalling the glorious days when they attended the Eighth Congress of the League of Socialist Working Youth of Korea, performers said that they could never forget the benevolent image of the President who personally attended the congress and had a photo taken with the youth delegates.
They noted with deep emotion that the President personally wrote and sent letters "Kim Chaek University of Technology" for a tablet of the university and made devoted and painstaking efforts to provide more modern educational conditions till the last moments of his great life.
They expressed the resolve to devote their loyalty and patriotic enthusiasm to the prosperity of the country, true to the intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea, saying that the greatest trust and love shown by the respected fatherly Marshal
Meeting of Workers and Trade Union Members in DPRK
Workers and trade union members in the DPRK met at the Central Hall of Workers on July ７ to tell stories about the noble virtues of President
Present there were Ri Won Jong, chairman of the C.C., General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, and trade union officials and members and workers in Pyongyang.
The meeting heard a reading of the full-length novel "Immortality", part of the serial "Immortal History" dealing with the immortal exploits of the President who regarded it as his motto to believe in the people as in Heaven and devoted his all to the country and the people till the last moments of his revolutionary career.
The performers recalled that after the liberation of Korea, the President saw to it that the oven of first-stage iron-processing was blown up, saying that the workers’ lives could not be replaced with steel however important it may be. And they noted that the President visited many factories and enterprises to show the great benevolence for the workers.
They stressed that the undying feats of the President, who had continued the days of devotion for the people’s happiness, even visiting an ordinary worker’s family to take warm care of living, would be immortal.
They expressed the resolution to repay with loyalty the great benevolence they have received generation after generation, saying that the history of love for the people of President

Agricultural workers and members of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea met to tell stories about the noble virtues of President
Present there were Han Jong Hyok, chairman of the Central Committee of the UAWK, officials of the UAWK and agricultural workers and union members in Pyongyang.
At the meeting, the performers told about the noble revolutionary career and immortal exploits of the President who made ceaseless efforts while walking along the roads of farms and fields for the country’s agricultural development and the happy and affluent life of agricultural workers.
The patriotic desire of the President, who devoted his all to the agricultural development of the country while walking along the roads of farm fields all his life, is being translated into a brilliant reality along with the new era of socialist rural development ushered in by the Workers’ Party of Korea, they said, ardently calling upon all the agricultural workers to thoroughly implement the Party’s agricultural policy and thus fulfill their duty as masters responsible for the granary of the country.
The meeting ended with the song "We Will Follow You with Single Mind". The meeting showed the iron will of the agricultural workers and UAWK members to achieve proud successes of rich harvest in the first year’s farming for implementing the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the WPK with redoubled confidence and strenuous efforts by upholding the leadership of the respected Comrade

Women’s union officials and members in the DPRK met at the Hall of Women on July ７ to tell stories about the noble virtues of President
Present there were Jon Hyang Sun, chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Women’s Union of Korea, officials of the women’s union and its members in Pyongyang.
At the meeting, the speakers told about the personality of the President as the peerlessly great man who performed undying feats before the country and its people, the times and history with his outstanding ideas and leadership and noble virtues.
They noted that the President, possessed of warm love and trust in the people as his inborn disposition, made a long journey of devotion for the people all his life, regarding it as his motto to believe in them as in Heaven.
The President trained people, who had covered different paths of life and led a life full of ups and downs, into genuine persons with his ardent humanity and boundless magnanimity, they said, adding that all the people in the country could grow up to be patriots and heroes under his benevolent care.
The performers praised the President as the greatest man who led the Korean revolution to a brilliant victory with his unshakable faith and matchless courage and grit.
They expressed their determination to prepare themselves as true women revolutionaries and ardent patriots glorifying the revolutionary career and immortal exploits of the President for all ages and faithfully upholding the leadership of the respected Comrade
