This is not something taught by someone or realized on some specific occasion.
It is what the people themselves felt and became convinced of in their ordinary daily life and what they witnessed, experienced and enjoyed in their dear villages and worksites.

In our country, all the things most welcomed and favored by the people are the Party’s cherished desires and our Party’s policies exist for the people and are decided for the benefit of the people.
Nowadays, stories about coal mining towns to be newly born are the most widespread topic.
The bold decision made by the respected Comrade General Secretary on completely renovating the coal-mining areas across the country and bringing about a dramatic change in them touched everyone in the country.
The instruction of the respected Comrade General Secretary, who affirmed that it is the firm determination of the Party Central Committee to turn all the coal-mining villages into modern and cultural villages and towns during its ninth term, just like the Komdok area which was ideally transformed, touched the heartstrings of the miners of Komdok.
Actually, when it came up for discussion to transform the Komdok area into a modern mountainous gorge city, some people maintained that it would be hard to build modern dwellings in such a region whose mountains were too steep for builders to stand on their two feet.
However, it was our Party’s intention and will even to stand on one foot if there’s not enough room to stand on two feet and transform the Komdok area at any cost.
Hence, a modern mining city to be proud of before the world was born.
That’s why the miners of Komdok never doubt that wonderful coal mining towns will mushroom one after another in the near future.
The new looks of the area of the Wihwa Island which was splendidly face-lifted come to our minds when we bear in our minds word by word the instruction of the respected Comrade General Secretary that the desire of the regional people is the desire of our Party, the development of regional industry is the development of the regions, and the development of the regions is the overall prosperity and growth of the state, and so the Party made an important decision to wage a new struggle without hesitation.
The island area which had been devastated beyond recognition was turned into a new standard which gives the people a glimpse of future of rural civilization in slightly over one year.
An ideal farm town with an unprecedented group of large greenhouses was erected on the Wihwa Island, which was turned into a stable area capable of withstanding any flood, however severe, and into a paradise island greatly conducive to the improvement of the material and cultural life of the regional people.
Yesterday’s flood victims, who had enjoyed dreamlike happiness in Pyongyang as special guests of our Party, became the masters of not only new houses but also a new worksite, the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm.
That’s why residents in the area of the Wihwa Island unanimously said with excitement that the policy of the Workers’ Party is the best and they cannot live even for a moment without the care of the Party.
There’s no change in the love of our Party for the people and no partiality in the care of the Party and state for the people despite regional differences.
It is just the fighting target and idea set by our Party to let even the people living farthest away from the capital city acknowledge that our life, our socialist system and our Party’s policies are the best.
Growing stronger are the ardent and absolute feelings of the people that the policy of the Workers’ Party is the best in the world and everything goes well if they follow the Party policies only and the hope and confidence of our people in their prospect, new life and new happiness.
This is the most precious asset of our socialist country and its strong driving force.
