Korean Young People Will Carry Forward Soul of Wartime Generation Forever

University students of the new era with the unshakable pledge to firmly inherit the spirit of defending the country of the victorious wartime generation are visiting the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery.

The victorious wartime generation plunged into the life-and-death battles against the enemies without hesitation to keep the pledge they made to the leader and displayed courage even at jaws of death yearning for the Supreme Headquarters.

As they are well aware that today’s happiness has been provided thanks to the indomitable struggle of wartime generation who unhesitatingly dedicated their youth and lives to defending even an inch of the country’s land and that they would become the slaves of the enemy again if they forgot it even for a moment, university students of the new era cherish the heroic spirit of wartime generation as the most precious ideological wealth and recollect with emotion the brilliant feats of war veterans.

In the place associated with the warriors’ feats to be conveyed forever and their souls teaching the true meaning of patriotism, our university students make their firm determination to impregnably defend our country by inheriting the great spirit of defending the country displayed by the wartime warriors as befitting the descendants of the victorious wartime generation.
