Story Conveyed by an Educator’s Pocketbook
The most conspicuous building in the area of the Rangnim Youth Mine, tens of ris away from the township of Rangnim County, is the mine kindergarten.
Marvelous are the interior and exterior of the building as well as playthings and teaching tools in the exercise room and play room.
Written in the pocketbook the head of this kindergarten keeps are the praiseworthy deeds of the benevolent people who helped the construction of the kindergarten both materially and mentally.
One day in March last, when the construction of the kindergarten was being delayed, a senior official of the mine felt remorse as it was not a matter related to a construction project but a matter of viewpoint on education of the rising generation and attitude toward the future of the country.
Reminding himself of the Party’s intention to regard education as the most important work of top priority which cannot be delayed even a moment, the senior official made up his mind to press on with the construction of the kindergarten.
Assuming responsibility for the construction, he made considerable exertion for the project.
He made a long journey to secure materials necessary for the construction.
He called upon the employees to build the kindergarten flawlessly and made devoted efforts.
Not only him but also other officials and miners went out to the construction site after a day’s work.
The residents in the mine area also devoted their sincerity.
The officials and employees of the mine traveled long distances to put the education at the kindergarten on a highly modern and IT basis.
They also laid a firm foundation for stockbreeding to sufficiently supply the kindergarten children with dairy products, meat, eggs and the like.
Small as it is, the pocketbook reflects the warm sincerity of the officials and employees of the mine and residents who are upholding the Party’s intention with pure conscience.
Our country’s future is so bright thanks to such genuine people devoting their wisdom and efforts to the work for the rising generation.
