Benevolent Care for Rising Generation

Work We Must Undertake in Whatever Difficulty

The Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea was held in December 2021.

While giving instructions as regards school uniforms at the meeting, the respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un earnestly said that we shouldn’t find comfort and satisfaction in just building childcare facilities across the country and deciding on a new childcare policy and that nothing should be lacking for our children.

Though the work for producing notebooks and school things as well as schoolbags and school uniforms and providing them to children is by no means an easy task, we must undertake it however harsh the situation may be, he stressed.

Officials were moved to tears.

Indeed, there are no such happy and blessed children as ours embraced in the bosom of the respected Comrade General Secretary who brings them up and put them forward with warm love.

The instruction of the respected Comrade General Secretary was a precious one teaching our officials with what mindset they should work for posterity.

Looking up to the benevolent image of the respected Comrade General Secretary, the officials hardened their will to devote all their wisdom and passion to making the happy laughter of children reverberate far and wide on this land true to the noble intention of the respected Comrade General Secretary.

One and Only Cradle of Happiness

On New Year’s Day in 2015, the respected Comrade General Secretary visited the Pyongyang Baby Home and Orphanage, though he had so many places to visit.

Feasting his eyes on the splendidly-built baby home and orphanage, the respected Comrade General Secretary said in pleasure that the Pyongyang Baby Home and Orphanage were really wonderful and there were no such wonderful palaces for children, happy cradles as those.

He all the time wore a broad smile while affectionately seeing the bright looks of orphans who were cheerfully playing.

After a while, he said that the cheerful looks of orphans made him really proud of having built those houses.

Listening to his words, the officials were deeply touched.

The respected Comrade General Secretary found pride and worth of doing revolution in the happy looks of children despite the pains he had taken for building the palace of the children.

He is, indeed, the great father who is willing to pluck even a star from the sky if it is for orphans in our country.

The Pyongyang Baby Home and Orphanage are still resounding with happy laughter of orphans thanks to the benevolent care of the respected Comrade General Secretary who cherishes the fervent love for posterity.
