Revolutionary Will of Execution

When visiting Sepho-ri of the county, he said with delight that in the wake of the modern offshore farm built in the area last year, regional-industry factories and greenhouse farms are being built this year and that the place which had nothing in it is being turned into an industrial district which will greatly help toward the economic development of the county.
The officials were wrapped in great emotions, picturing the level of development of the county.
Reflected in the detailed instructions given at the hospital and leisure complex under construction in the township area of the county is the iron will to provide the beloved people with a happier and more civilized life by splendidly building regional development policy-oriented projects.
The respected General Secretary stressed the need to carry out the planned projects in any conditions to achieve substantial development and change of state rejuvenation and emphasized that, in order to execute a people-oriented policy, a revolutionary policy, we should possess the will to execute it before being supported by the guarantee for executing it, and that a policy without the will to execute it is nothing but an empty talk.
Looking at the officials with a trustworthy look, the respected General Secretary continued that our Party’s policy, which is people-oriented, should be implemented grounded on the revolutionary will of execution.
Our Party formulated lots of policies and brought them to fulfillment for the wellbeing of the people.
The regional-development policy in the new era, for instance, is a great policy which could be set forth only by the respected General Secretary who cherishes a noble intention to let the development of regions represent the progress and development of our state and the ideal appearance of the regions symbolize the development of our-style socialism.
In order to provide the regional people with a life as affluent and civilized as that of the capital citizens at an early date, he decided to push simultaneously with the construction of three essential projects for public health, science and education and presses on with the implementation.
His absolute will of execution is the main source for translating the grand ideal for the people and the blueprint for eye-opening creation into reality.
The officials called to their minds the venerable image of the respected General Secretary who made a speech at the parade celebrating the Ninth Party Congress held on February ２５.
He, who clarified the most scientific and revolutionary lines and policies for the prosperity and wellbeing of the people at the congress, declared in a sonorous voice at the parade as follows:
We have again turned out in the struggle to achieve our ennobling ideals.
The achievements we have made so far are precious, yet, in view of the standards of wellbeing to be enjoyed by our great state and our most excellent people, this is no more than a beginning. Our Party will take on all burdens, however heavy, and brave all trials, however severe, to bring the beautiful future of the country earlier.
The important decision to bolster up the coal-mining industry and renovate all the coal-mine villages across the country adopted at the Second Plenum of the Ninth Party Central Committee and the strenuous efforts being made to carry it out--all these are a sublime manifestation of the will of our great father of execution.
The more the revolution makes progress and the greater our people’s happiness grows, the further our father hardens his will to use the already-made achievements as another starting point and a springboard to bring about a more gigantic and brilliant success.
The officials keenly felt in their hearts that our country will thrive with each passing day and the people’s happiness will be brought into full bloom thanks to the firm will and devotion of the respected General Secretary.
