Last year I went to the Jangyon County Foodstuff Factory which was nearing the inauguration to teach the employees of the factory the technical issues arising in the beer production according to the measure taken by the respected General Secretary who opens up the new era of regional development.
I felt again the pride in my job when I received the task, because I thought that I was contributing to the important work of upholding the noble intention of the respected General Secretary, even a little.
On the day of inauguration of the Jangyon County Foodstuff Factory the respected General Secretary visited the factory and went round the beer production process.
He was informed of the fact that skilled workers of the Pyongyang Beer Factory came to the Jangyon County Foodstuff Factory while he gave precious instructions to the accompanying officials and summoned us.
Kindly looking at us, he asked about the reason of the slightly bitter taste of the beer produced by the Jangyon County Foodstuff Factory.
After listening to my reply and impressions of the officials who tasted the beer, he said that it was very good that a small foodstuff factory in Jangyon County to install the beer production line and produce beer with a trademark of its native place, expressing great satisfaction.
After a while, the respected General Secretary asked if we can raise the content of alcohol. After listening to my affirmative answer, he learned in detail about the methods for raising it.
At that time I keenly felt that the respected General Secretary makes great efforts to provide the local people with abundant and civilized life like the citizens of the capital city.
Recollecting the impressive facts, I am regretful that I failed to produce perfect beer at that time.
I will devote everything to the work for improving the standard of people’s living as desired by the respected General Secretary, always bearing in mind the honor of that day.
