And he tender-heartedly suggested that the official tour schools splendidly built in Pyongyang Municipality.

Personally Organizing Emulation among Provinces
One July day in ２０１８, the respected General Secretary inspected Samjiyon City under construction.
When he was giving detailed instructions looking round the construction site, the respected General Secretary, all of a sudden, brought to topic the issue of educational work.
An official of the province said to the respected General Secretary that the province was planning to face-lift Hyesan Teachers Training College true to the instruction he gave during his field guidance to Pyongyang Teachers Training College.
It is necessary for provinces to train many talents by developing educational work in order to thoroughly implement our Party’s policy on making all the people well versed in science and technology, he said, adding that talents are the asset of the country as well as an important resource guaranteeing the development of provinces, cities and counties and the education of the rising generation may be likened to talent farming in farm work.

Presently the respected General Secretary said that provinces should direct efforts to the education and shore up the overall education organs in provinces. And he noted that he intended to decide ranking of provinces in farming and educational work.
Keeping his words deep in mind, the officials were convinced that a greater success would be achieved in the development of the country’s education amid fierce flame of emulation among provinces kindled by the respected General Secretary and thus the future of the country will be brighter.
