His Request at New Fairyland Village
One October day several years ago, the respected General Secretary
When he visited the Unpho Workers’ District in Hongwon County, he expressed great satisfaction saying that the newly built village there would be called a fairyland village.
He instructed that a correct standard is necessary for working new miracles and bringing about joint and collective innovations in the construction of modern dwelling houses of socialist rural community.
Then he earnestly asked those of the division of Party members from capital city to meet the requirements of design and construction method with clear conscience, when plastering even a square meter.
Receiving his request, the officials could not repress their strong emotion.
Like this, the respected General Secretary has worked heart and soul visiting every nook and corner of the country with the steadfast faith that creations for the people should be the best things.
Looking up to the benevolent image of the great father, the officials hardened their will to keep in mind his instructions and devote their clear conscience to all the buildings for the people.
Recognizing Little Difference of Height
Once, the respected General Secretary visited Samjiyon City under construction.
He went round the dwelling houses with great pleasure saying that Samjiyon City took its fabulous shape as a model cultured city in the mountainous area as wished by the Party.
At a footpace of a flat he told the accompanying officials that the last step was higher than others and that the people might hurt themselves while ascending the steps.
Then he continued that they were completing the interior of the dwelling houses and they should perfect the corner parts out of eyeshot.
Keeping in mind his noble intention to make buildings for our people perfect without slightest defect, the officials were deeply moved.
That day the officials had absolute conviction that great entities of transformation envied by the world would appear one after another on this land under the leadership of the respected General Secretary.
