Deeply Implanting Importance of Ideological Work

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un pays primary efforts to preparing our people to be possessors of the strongest ideology and faith with a lofty intention that the lifeline of revolution is defended by ideology and revolution advances by dint of ideology.

One day in August several years ago, he gave field guidance at the Kumsong Tractor Factory.

That day, he entered the room for education in the revolutionary history and looked round the interior.

He praised that the room was arranged nicely.

The officials of the factory were impressed by his high appreciation.

In fact, the respected General Secretary, who had visited the factory several years before, had stressed the need to rearrange the ideological education bases when remodeling the factory buildings and taught that they could create everything from scratch when they armed the employees with the revolutionary ideology of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il by education through the room for education in revolutionary history and the room dedicated to the history of the factory.

After the respected General Secretary’s visit, the officials and employees of the factory devoted sincerity to arranging the room for education in revolutionary history first during the remodeling project.

Hearing the appreciation of their efforts, they could realize more keenly the noble intention of the peerlessly great man who attaches so much importance to ideological education work.

Watching carefully the photos of the President and the Chairman, the respected General Secretary taught that the factory was so closely associated with the revolutionary guidance of the President and the Chairman.

Then he praised that the lecturer was working in the sector for preserving the revolutionary relics for a long time, recalling the fact that she had given a lecture to him during his last visit.

Presently, he had a meaningful souvenir picture taken with the lecturer.

Then he asked an official of the factory if they were training a future lecturer at the factory.

The official replied to him in the affirmative.

The respected General Secretary stressed that to train the lecturer at factories and enterprises is as important as training reserves of machine operators.

Then he underlined the need for Party organizations to arrange ideological education bases well, manage them properly and conduct education through them in a regular and consistent manner.

The officials of the factory realized what they should place before production and management and press on with.

The officials made up their minds to put primary efforts into education of producer masses, education through revolutionary exploits of the Party in particular, in order to carry forward the proud tradition of the factory and discharge their honorable mission and duty in the struggle for translating the rural revolution programme in the new era into brilliant reality.
