There, he noticed the visual board posted which contained the contents for education of adults just like ordinary factories and enterprises.
He looked at the visual board for a while and pointed out that the visual board posted on the wall was not suitable for educating children.
The officials looked at the visual board carefully.
The respected General Secretary told them that visual board of such kind could be seen at the hall of any factories, enterprises and units of the Korean People’s Army.
The officials felt embarrassed about their work attitude of easily making and posting visual boards with common data without consideration of the point that it was an educational base for children.
The respected General Secretary taught them that they should display visual boards carrying data about the struggle and feats of members of Children’s Corps in the period of the anti-Japanese armed struggle and the children’s guerrillas in the period of the Fatherland Liberation War at the children’s halls, palaces and camps as suited to the ages and psychological features of the children.
That day’s instruction implied that education for children should be given in a scientific and methodological way.
There Can Be No Demarcation of Responsibility
Once, the respected General Secretary inspected the Samjiyon Schoolchildren’s Palace.
That day, he made rounds of the palace and gave precious instructions as to intensifying extracurricular education for schoolchildren.

After giving such precious instructions reflecting ardent love for the children, he earnestly taught the officials that there can never be demarcation of responsibility in the work for bringing up children sound.
The officials were touched by his words containing the lofty outlook on posterity cherished by him who loves the children most and pictures the beautiful and prosperous future of the country from their bright looks.
His instruction deeply implanted in the officials’ minds that they should reaffirm their standpoint of and attitude toward the education for rising generation and become more actively engaged in it.
