All the victories and successes being achieved by our revolution, today, are closely related to the undying feats of the respected Comrade General Secretary
The Sixth Conference of Cell Secretaries of the Workers’ Party of Korea held in April ２０２１, was a significant meeting where important guidelines for intensifying the basic Party organizations were clarified.
The respected Comrade General Secretary personally attended the conference and made an important concluding speech "On the Important Tasks for Strengthening Party Cells at Present".
There, he taught that the work of strengthening Party cells is the foundation of the building up and unity of the entire Party and the main key to accelerating socialist construction and continued that turning Party cells into healthy and viable ones closely knitted in the bonds of kinship is the task of utmost importance in their strengthening at present.

His instructions clearly indicated what is the most important and essential issue in solidifying all the Party cells as firm integral organizations that achieved ideological and volitional unity of their members, basic foundations of the Party which have taken deep roots among the masses, and permanent cornerstone for ensuring the implementation of the Party line and policy.
The participants in the meeting keenly realized that trust and feelings, and comradely love are the most important in strengthening the Party cells and that there should be only the most beautiful human cohesion among revolutionaries, fighting united with one ideology and will.
They made up their minds to devote their all to turning the Party cells into cells of loyalty and vanguard ranks for implementing the Party policy.
His meaningful instruction still reminds us of the precious truth that the shortcut to strengthening the whole Party lies in fortifying the cohesion of Party cells.
Be Officials Followed by Masses
One day in March ２０１４, the respected Comrade General Secretary taught the officials about the issues to be adhered to in the work with the masses.
He stressed the need for officials to arrange everything in the principle of ensuring people’s convenience and conduct work with the masses properly.
He then emphasized that they should not be swayed by their mood or feelings in the work with the masses and that they can be followed and respected when they understand and show generosity to the masses.
His teaching touched the officials’ hearts.
The work with the masses constitutes a vital issue connected to the Party’s existence and a sure guarantee for letting broad masses turn out in the implementation of Party’s policy with an attitude of masters.
His instruction convinced the officials how important it is for them to timely open the hearts of the people, to realize and solve the pains and problems they have and to embrace them generously, mixing unreservedly with them and sharing meals with them.
Only then, can they be genuine leading members of revolution whom the popular masses appreciate and follow of their own accord.
His words were a guideline which enables all the officials to prepare themselves as true officials followed and respected by the masses and wanted by our Party by making selfless, devoted efforts for them and caring the most for the people.
